Walibo, the affectionate pet name of Bad Waldliesborn, has been a state-approved thermal salt water spa since 1974.
The “Walibo Therme” thermal salt water spa, with a water surface of 1250m² distributed across 3 indoor pools and 2 outdoor pools, is one of the largest natural thermal salt water baths in North-Rhine Westphalia.

Lippstadt

The beloved shopping city of Lippstadt is located at the heart of Westphalia, only 4 km away from Bad Waldliesborn. It offers a special, historical backdrop and an old town worth seeing with a wide range of leisure and cultural offerings.

Lippstadt’s attractiveness is due to the city’s very special atmosphere, the attractive park-like green areas, sprucely half-timbered houses, spacious shopping trees next to small alleys and paths with attractive shops.

Water is the elixir of life for Lippstadt. The River Lip, to which the city owes its name, characterizes the city’s image along with canals, drinking fountains, and water features. Not far from the city hall is the “Grüner Winkel” city park – an extensive park, crossed by the Lip and the starting point of the unique “Lippstadt Light Promenade” light art path.

On the beautiful 27-hole course with challenging holes and water hazards, you can switch off and leave everyday life behind for a few hours. In the evening, you can end the day in our beer garden or restaurant and reflect on your round of golf.
